Would you please also provide the nut/bolt size that fit to these grooves?

curious what y'all are doing to keep the dust out? The positive pressure thing is cool and all but I think most of the dust is getting in the various gaps nonetheless, particularly when slowing down and coming to a stop when positive pressure is reduced and then the dust settles by the vehicle. pictured is the inside corner of the cap with a generous coating of northern California's finest dust

I don't have this issue at all. I did have to take my cap back initially because it was leaking rainwater but after the shop cleaned up the seals I don't get water or dust. I just spent a week in Southern Utah with alternating dust clouds and flash floods and didn't find anything sneaking into the bed. I think I'd take your truck to the car wash and run a hose over the seams to see which are letting all of that mess in.

@RSI North America Inc

What is the maximum distance between the load bars? Also, is there an option for a 60" load bar?

The maximum distance between the load bars is approximately 41 inches. And no, currently there is not an option for a 60" load bar.

RSI, I have the evo adv, great top! Can the gladiator be driven with the drop side rack down, for example if I had a bike attached? Also can only one side be down at a time?

Thanks

I have a white Overland with the black Freedom Top. I think it matches well.

Hey... I'm curious if the cap just needs a wash or if the build up around the latches is sticky sealant oozing out? It also appears the vertical seams attract/hold dirt as well? Thanks!

It does need washed. This is one out of the first batch. RSI sent me the pieces to fix the oozing, but I have not had time to install them.

It's not advisable to use the rack in the down position. It is likely that the stoppers on the rack would cause damage to the glass with a weight on it bouncing around.
Also, only the driver's side of the drop rack moves into the down position. The other 1/2 is stationary.

If anyone has the rsi and a decked setup could you measure roughly the top of the decked to the roof of the topper. Trying to see how much room there is.
Did anyone every get the measurements for you? I am getting ready to pull the trigger and have a decked system too. Wondering how the dogs will fit in there.

Any particular connection to get those replacement gaskets? I've got the same issue and I don't even live in a hot environment (HOT is ~70 F). Ive reached out but not sure it actually reached anyone.
