Also depends on the quality of the bolt finish. Wonder if they had some different sources?I just went outside and looked at my '24 Rubicon but see no rust anywhere. I guess I fall into the dangerous category when you mention being within a few miles of the ocean and then wash it and dry it after each visit.
Here in Key Largo FL, I have no garage and the the ocean is about 300 yards away at the end of the street and the Gulf of Mexico (or America for the Kool Aid folks) is about 6 blocks the other way. I guess I am in an area where I can expect the rust to appear soon. I guess it's like everything else here, things deteriorate faster no matter which way the wind blows. It is what it is.
My son, near St Augustine, talks if salt issues not far from him. Just a suggestion .....
