Check here for all of the specific numbers from Jeep, towing and payload have there own section quiet a ways down but still in the first post. Since you will be towing a heavy load you will need the automatic tranny (unfortunately).

Guys as someone with a lot of experience towing all sorts of stuff (I have a CDL and tow all sorts of construction equipment etc) let me tell you that the “Posted weights” of virtually all trailers are wrong...

They are usually the model weights of the most basic trailer before you add any options. I have never seen a trailer weight that was accurate once you take it over the scales. The actual weight of a trailer could easily be 1000 pounds more once you add options and your own stuff so please keep that in mind.
