Does anyone have the front alignment specs for a stock Rubicon? How much toe-in is it supposed to have?

I've got to align mine. the passenger front tire is showing some cupping and unusual wear, partly because I think the alignment is slightly off and partly because I don't think the tires have been rotated in a long time.

Thanks!

Cupping is very often due to worn shocks or tire balance.
Underinflation can cause some interesting sawtooth type cupping along the outer tread area.

Toe causes feathering across the face of the tire. As you run your hand across the face, left or right, you'll catch one direction but feel smooth the other. That's toe being out of whack.

When I bought my gladiator used tires was cupped. Took care of it with new tires and lift with shocks. You are correct about that.

Have you rotated your tires on schedule? I do mine every oil change or 6 months whatever comes 1st
I just got it with 35k on it. I do mine every oil change...5k. @Discount Tire does a wonderful job, on Hunter road force machines. I just need to align it first. I have brackets that bolt onto the wheel studs and I can do it with them and a tape measure.

I sold tires and did alignments and balancing and suspension and steering work for quite a few years......... sometimes it was long enough ago I forgot more than I knew, but once in a while things come back to me from the past.

Can any alignment shop align a JT? Or is it a better idea to take it to a 4x4 shop, dealer or Firestone?

It can't get simpler than solid axles at both ends. Any shop would salivate over it. Easy money. Simple job.
