After having the 2" Mopar lift installed, my new Gladiator Rubicon pulls to the right.

My local dealer installed the lift, 37in BFG KO2's, and Venomrex 17x9 wheels. They had the alignment done and everything looked perfect.
Upon picking it up, I noticed that it pulled to the right, to the point where I had to hold the steering wheel to the left, about 11 o'clock to go straight.
We had the alignment rechecked (all good), swapped left/right front tires (no change), and even drove it with the stock wheels/tires (no change).
The dealer is at a loss for words at this point. The service manager told me that they're going to talk it over with the techs to see what other options there are and get back to me.

Thoughts?

Sounds silly, but seems to be the most common issue:
What tire pressure are you at?
Especially with the bigger tires, you may be riding the crown of the road pulling right and it's being exaggerated with high air pressure.

that's all I got.

That did cross my mind initially, but I'm getting the pull on flat surfaces as well. Shit, we even tried driving on the wrong side of the road and it still happens. They're all set at 37 or 38 psi.

First thing I would have done is check the air pressure.

That said you have done the tire swaps and it still pulls to the right after the lift kit was installed so if the alignment is correct they how is it pulling to the right to do the right tire pretty much has to be pointing to the right.

Check the caster differential. Some mech will add in or subtract 1/2 half degree due to the crown of the roads. I always added in when I did an alignment.

Alignment: Ask if they have some fancy machine.

You go the best Laser alignment shop in town, you can drop up to $500 on an alignment that the guy will say is within 1/100th of a degree.

I will lay on the concrete floor of my shop and using hand tools I will give you and alignment as good at that Laser job and I will charge you $10 bucks and show you how to do it yourself or just stop by and tell me you want to learn and I will show you how for FREE.

Alignment was done...twice.
But have you checked it? Pulling to the right means they didn't do it right.

Not knocking you too hard but you live in NJ...I'm having a little trouble believing your dealer, in New Jersey, knows what they're doing when it comes to installing lifts. Just sayin, NJ isn't the first state that comes to mind when going off road.

You also might try rotating the tires. Put the left side on the right and see if it pulls to the left. Tires can also cause the issue.

We put the left tires on the right side and vice versa, no change. We then put the stock wheels and tires back on, same pull. The alignment was done at two different outside shops, both at a loss for words at this point.

Precisely why I don't trust anyone but myself to install a lift on my Jeep. Make sure the tech who installed your lift torqued the control arm and track bar bolts to spec with the weight of the Jeep on the tires on the ground after he jostled the Jeep back and forth to get it to settle into position. If he did not and torqued all the bolts while the JT was up on the lift then this could very well be the problem.

Hey man, where in Jersey are you? I might be able to help you out this weekend. I have put multiple lifts on JK's and JL's for my vehicles/for fun for my jeep club.

Let me know! Lets grab some beer, a pizza and get under that sucker.

YEP!
Dealers rarely will do this and most shops won't either: In 6 years building customers jeeps I never had one come back because it did not work right...WHY? The answer is simple: Dial-In! Anything you do that results in altering the OEM parameters requires a Dail In post install. With luck, I had a couple of large vacant lots not far from the shop. I did the work and I drove it down and began the Dail In. Why do so few shops do the DI? Because it OFTEN takes more time to DI than it did to install the components. I have spent a solid week on a customers Jeep to get it right behind I gave it to him. How do you charge for that? You don't which is why few shops will ever do it.

In the OP's case it was HIM that discovered the problem so the FCA did not drive it...
