Ok humor me. I have a Willys Sport which comes with the plastic/rubbery steering wheel. A while back I purchased a leather wrapped steering wheel from the 'bay that was nearly new and came from a 2021 JLUR. I've watched several videos on changing out the steering wheel and it seems pretty straight forward. What, if any, issues would this cause in the future if I needed to bring the gladiator in for service/warranty work? I can't imagine they would void anything for something purely cosmetic.

Thoughts/comments/concerns?

I was thinking about any potential clock spring issues that might pop up. Haven't heard of too many issues with those here on the forum, but still food for thought.

The tech will likely not even know you swapped steering wheels should something come up in that area. Grab yourself a Mojave/392 wheel if going through the hassle of changing!

Likely true, fingers crossed I don't have to bring it in for anything..

If the mojave/392 wheels came with red stitching I'd be all over it. Going with Gobi/Black/Red color scheme though!
