Weird question

So I was wondering if anyone knows if you can turn off the horn beep when you leave the vehicle with it running and close the door with key fob in your pocket. If it’s possible how do you do it?

Trade for an older model that does not have that 'feature'.

Jscan might be able to do it. The question has been asked before, but I don't remember the answer.

The Tazer programmer module can turn it off. Stock - I’m not aware of a way to disable it

Yea it’s a big deal warning to FCA. Prevents deaths from runaways or exhaust and theft.
They’re so quiet I’ve gotten distracted and not known the car was running. I once came out of Home Depot to find my van running (didn’t have the 3 beep and I was distracted in the van a few minutes before getting out)

Tazer can kill it. But I’m not sure that the tazer isn’t the root of some electrical bugs I have.

I don’t need my car yelling at me. Since I drive a stick, and always leave it in gear with the brake on when I park, when I forget to turn it off it just lurches and stalls. No need for beep. Luckily when I’m working in the car with the door open I can unplug the door to turn off the door beep.

On my Ford, I just latch the door and don't shut it all the way. Not sure if this works with Jeep.

They’re a little scary. I have one to turn on my door locks. Other than that, the license plate light thing is the only thing I use. Have had all sorts of strange warning lights since I got it. But I can’t be sure it’s from that.

Mine is for the start-stop, led fog lights, license plate light, tire size, auto park, and keeping fog lights on with high beams.
I've had to reboot the Tazer if Off-Road pages incorrectly shows transfer case mode.

Yea people got a hard on for fog lights with high beams.
My locker comes unlocked at 40 (it’s not supposed to). Ess and ABs fail with 4lo and turning off stability control respectively.
Wondering if it’s not Mojave compatible and broke my sh1t. The instruction manual and website obviously show a haphazard execution at best. Don’t trust it much.
