Matt’s off-road recovery got these tires for free, just like every other YouTube sensation out there. Something to consider.

Should have known people were going to flame Matt. That said, I just pointed out that they ran these tires and they performed well. This way the OP could see for themselves. I also suggested the OP search for online reviews for more info.

I run the MT 02's and love them! They are quiet and do very well off road. These are 315/70R17's

Fwiw I was all set to get these from discount and the manager told he’d price match any other tire as long as I didn’t go with these. His words were we get more returns and punctures, side wall tears on any other tire and it’s just not worth the headache for me to warranty them or replace. I went with falken rt01’s

Nate at Dirt Lifestyle said he would never run these tires again, he had similar complaints about durability.

I put them in the same category as the Bridgestone Dueler: Street tire with off road aesthetics.

I'm pretty sure MOR runs a different version of this tire. Much more aggressive tread on theirs.

I was trying to find the Milestars but looks like the deals dead.

What I've seen online is most people like how milestars perform, particularly for their price point. However, I've had a guy at discount tell me they have issues with balancing them, and gave me a significant discount on some coopers they had just to keep flen from buying the milestars. Personally, I'd probably only run them if I wasn't dailying the vehicle, and got them super cheap. I also wouldn't let them sit for 2.5 years to out them on.

Maybe this will help talk you out of it…me and a buddy both ordered these through Walmart site…was pretty excited until I was sent Westlake tires (235/65/16). Friend got the same tires the next day…Walmart and Simple Tire (that shipped them) are blaming each other.
