So! Quite a bit happened in the last few weeks.

Firstly I finally drove back home to NY, the truck did so well cruising at 80 with a max payload and a 20mph+ headwind the whole way (thanks Midwest).

Made a quick pitstop at the Toledo factory but couldn't find a good place to take a picture so I just left cause I was 10.5hrs into my 19hour drive and wanted to get home.

Got a good few thumbs up and fist bumps on the way home, mostly from women. So either they loved the hot moms support or theyre really into butt stuff. Anyways the truck made it a breeze and even after 19 hours sitting in it I was comfortable till I pulled into my driveway, very impressed with that.

A day and a half later me andy friends tackled the aev spacer lift, geometry correction brackets, and mounting the 37s +a couple other odds and ends. The outcome I am in LOVE with!! The 12.5" tires with a 9" wheel and -12 is absolutely perfect. For a daily I couldn't ask for more, and the geometry brackets make it so the truck rides like stock or better!!! So blown away with how it turned out.

The next day I immediately had to take a trip down to Jersey, a out 2.5 hours away and cruising at 75 it got over 23mpg and around town it gets 22. The diesel is a gift from god I swear it doesn't give a shit about the 37s it just does it.

This weekend I found the only downside to the lift and tires. I HAVE to find a hill or something to load and unload the dirtbike into the back. It's way too much of a incline to push it up now. But damn do they look nice together lol.

Then me and my brother decided to test some flex on a rock/hill near the garage. Damn does it look good flexing, and WOW was I impressed with the TRXs flex!!

Lift looks good! Did you level it out as well?

I'm ready to lift soon but I can't decide if it will be spacer or the full dualsport. The stock JTR ride is just so nice.

Thanks! I'm in love. I did not level it, it still has factory rake which I like the looks of especially being it's not squatting with the dirtbike in the back.

Tbh for this level of lift I cant see myself every going with a full on kit unless for some reason I felt I needed more articulation. The spacer kit w/geo brackets are so cost effective and it rides just as good as stock.

If I ever want a 3"+ lift w/ 38s I'd go with a full kit but for 2", the spacer kit I'm impressed with.

Last week I tackled the 813 fab behind the rear driver's seat mount and honestly after watching a guide or two it was easy peasy!

Here is the kit assembled on my "work bench". It's decently compact especially when I stripped all the wires I don't need from the harness.

Installing the unit in place was a bit of a pita trying to fit my big meaty claws (shout-out SpongeBob) in there to start threading the screw. But with it in there I was able to focused on wiring. For that I tucked under the rear seats and under the carpet in there as you can see.

Unfortunately I didn't feel like completely rewiring where the fuses are located so I simply left the extra wiring under the seats. I could pull them back to where the compressors themselves are but for now I'm gonna leave it as is.

From there you can see I went back under the carpet, under the door moldings and then I went under the passenger seat to the drain plug.

From here I looked it up and ran it across the frame rail zip tied to other wiring.

I then tied the signal wire for the switch to the p50 fuse I believe it was. That way the switch only has power (seen by it lighting up) when the truck's ignition is in accessory or run. All together it wasn't too bad and was fun to make it OEM as possible!

Last weekend was hyperfest and MAN was it a blast!! We had a good group that went and made the trip so fun. Wheeling was so fun and I was not expecting to love the mud as much as I did 😂. Definitely had a couple pucker moments on the clay as you can see and especially on the bridge!

At one point I was asked to park up for a
photoshoot with Casey Currie and some others what were wheeling there! Unfortunately that didn't get to happen but was awesome to be asked none the less! The other gladiator there was on a 6.5" evo lift and 40s, made me feel puny.

Had to include one picture of the powewheels race! Was an absolute blast the whole weekend and I can't wait to go again next year!
