Ah, thanks, I missed the ir bushings delta. Wondering if that is worth the extra cost? What are the non ir bushings they use?

The regular alpine are nice they have factory like bushings but beefier. They are pretty low maintenance and will take more abuse than a lot of other options if you live in the rougher parts. I believe you can also buy the IR bushings down the road and put them in the non-IR arms.

Apologies that we didn't get to this thread sooner!

I’m going to EJS maybe Teraflex will be there with that sweet SEMA Mojave Gladiator. A ride in it might be enough to convince me to be an early adopter ?
Yes, the Mojave will more than likely be at EJS, along with possibly a few other long arm'd JT's we have. It's worth noting that our long arm kit is not specific to the Mojave, and will fit all current JT models. It just happens to work well on the Mojave so we used one as one of our main test JT's.

Here's a good video explaining and showing what the IR bushings are all about. The normal Alpine bushings are already great, but the IR bushings takes them to the next level. As @bakobobby mentioned, yes you can get the Alpine IR bushings in a kit down the road and swap them into a normal Alpine bushing location.

You folks have the best videos! Thanks for updating this thread. Looking forward to seeing those rigs!

Will there be longer coils and Falcon shocks to accompany the arms? Like 5.5”-6”?

Thank you for the kind words! We appreciate the support.

At the moment I haven't heard of any plans in the near future, but I wouldn't rule it out down the road; we're always exploring new options and ideas.

Great question. We don't have them listed on the website currently since we don't have the kits ready to go quite yet, we're still wrapping up the last few final details on them. We normally list our parts on our website within a week of the official release/ship date. We do have the official specs and pricing listed in our 2022 catalog however, page 43-46.

Has anyone bought this yet? I am mainly interested in this kit for the greater amount of travel. I come from having a long travel IFS rig. I would probably only run 35's as I don't see the need for 37's. Am I correct in assuming that I dont need any driveline mods with only running a 3.5" kit?

It looks like the kit with everything is around $5K and then another $2k for the 3.3 shocks. That also includes the rear swaybar kit. I am pretty mechanically included but would probably have someone else do the install. It looks like a Lift would be the ticket for partially cutting off all the brackets and removing the exhaust.

Arms are rarely the limiting factor in suspension travel.

As long as your shock lengths are correct. The long arm should give you more travel when paired with springs or coilovers. It will also correct the geometry at full articulation due to how little the axle moves during the suspension arc.

Depending on your shock extension length, the front driveshaft may hit the front crossmember when high-centered.

I have the 4.5” setup with 37” tires minus speed bumps and track bars. There is some spacers in the kit for the rear driveline that prevent issues. Also extensions for brake lines and abs sensor. Its all well thought out. been abusing this setup over a year all over the western states no issues so far.
