Well I got 3 more "Free" $120.00 oil changes left, then I'm on my own
I got 1 more of the 4 jeep wave oil changes then 6 that Hendricks gives you when you buy from them after that I'll be on my own.

That's why I got a select few I use and I deal with the same people most of the time. Hendricks in Concord NC has always been great to me and never questioned any mods I have done on any jeep I've owned. They have never turned me down for warranty work. Took mine in for a oil change, mentioned the TSB and they asked me if it was doing anything on a list and I said yeah and they ordered the part. Took it in Saturday because my 3rd brake light is half lighting up, 25 minutes back and they ordered the part. My BMW was 1500 miles outside warranty when it was having a cylinder failure, they smudged the miles and got the warranty work approved on it, twice. I ask no questions but I'll continue to take my stuff to them. They even bought told me they would buy back my tires off my JT when I removed them and put 35's on the next day after I bought it.
it sounds like Hendricks has treated you very well, and I don’t blame you for keeping your business there. I’ve tried dealing with them on my last two Jeeps, and they insist on those dealer addendums. That is a whole ā€˜nother thread, but I refuse to start at an inflated sticker price.

I've always got a good price on every vehicle I've ever bought. $37,000 out the door on my JT and that's with window tint and Bedlined bed. They knocked $8000 off the sticker even though I technically didn't qualify for 2 of the rebates they gave them to me anyways. Did the same thing on the 2 BMWs we bought from them in Charlotte. I've always had a great experience with them and especially their service dept.

They also gave me the $11,000 for my JKU I wanted with cracked windshield, AC not working, 2 inches of water in both floor boards and God knows how much water under the rear seat, 132,000 miles on it. It had been raining for 4 solid days when I sold it to them. They never even cranked it up, just plugged the OBD in to see if it was throwing any codes and gave me $11,000 for it.

Dammit. That's a smokin deal!
I know right, that's why I jumped on it. I went there to look at a used white 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 8,000 miles on it. They wanted $49,000 for it. I walked by the JT and totally feel in love with the color. Then when I looked it up and saw the rebates and stuff I wasn't leaving without it. The wife hates the color but to me it's perfect. It don't got all the power stuff and all the luxury stuff but I can live without that. I can add power door locks for $500 installed and that is probably all I'll end up adding to it as far as that stuff goes.

I normally don't like stealerships either.. Luckily for me, my dealership here in Las Vegas, where i purchased my JT, has been good to me! They are mod friendly and have treated me and my lifted gladiator well! (I have a 3.5" lift) and I had the work done somewhere else. I have 1 more oil change with them, and will most likely do oil changes myself after that. I know it's easier said than done, but you just have to find a good dealership! On my last visit to my dealership for an oil change, I go to pick up my JT, I'm chatting with the service manager, and he invites me into the shop to show me all the jeeps they were working on. And there was this beast.. a Hellcat fitted gladiator, 8" lift on 42's!!! I was like a kid in a candy store!!

Damn, well that’s one fun way to spend fuel money. Way too much lift for that much power though IMO.

Ford and Jeep warranty claim analyst.
Its surprising to see so many bad dealership experiences. I have had good luck with my local dealer and generally enjoy taking it in for service. I have a great relationship with the service advisor and they take great care of my vehicles. My daily work is handling warranty claims for Ford and FCA dealerships. I work closely with service departments in getting warranty claims paid. I believe the thought is that they have an easy job but I know from experience that the techs, in many cases, go above and beyond for many repairs and are not properly compensated for the work they did. Being a service advisor is also a tough job. As vehicles get more expensive customers seem to be less tolerant of vehicle issues. On many occasions the service department, either from a poor customer explanation of the concern or from the concern only occurring intermittently or during specific circumstances are unable to fix an issue the first time. I know I can't speak for all dealerships but as far as the ones I work with they do care about your vehicles and do care things are done properly. Anyway that is only my perspective which I understand is different than most. I just wanted offer up a difference view as food for thought.

The dealer is the last place I want to take my Jeep. Not because they can't do the work. It's just the way they treat you. For example I've been on the waiting list since Aug for the service Bulletin with the steering gear box. Mine was so bad I went out and replaced the stock steering stab. shock with a Rancho to help me.

Well I finally get the call I'm up next. So when calling to schedule it I well the guy in service I have been dealing with goes on vacation next week. I tell him that's fine let's set it up for when you get back. I'll drop it off at 7am and pick it up before yall close...OH no sir I'm gonna need it for two days...I tell him so if I pick a day and time 2 weeks out you cant schedule it so they can get it done in one day? In realty it's probably a 2 or 3 hours job. he tell me he doesn't know how the schedule will be that day and if he will have someone to work on it. I say ok 2 day you got a loaner for me? No sir we don't provide loaners....I think the dealers service departments just feed so much BS to everybody. If I didn't have to get the software updated I'd buy the parts my self to keep my stress and pissed off grumpy old man level down.

Bringing my gladiator in dealer tomorrow for my passenger mirror that doesn't adjust when I push the button. we'll see how it goes.
I'd be interested to hear your outcome. I've got the same problem. I thought it may have been from removing the doors, but I don't see any obvious issue with the wiring harness pins. Does your mirror issue correlate with a door removal?

Dont tell the dealership that you removed the door ... they'll probably void your warranty! ;)
