This poped into my inbox from the dealership I bought my Mojave from late last year. This is a nice discount, I think.

...and it has the diesel but I am loving my Mojave. Maybe some one in AZ is.
That was the hardest decision I had to make. Went with the diesel since I drive 25k miles a year. But if they made an Eco Mojave I would’ve been first in line!

Those were the vehicles on the lot I didnt say they were good prices. To be honest and the quality of what you get .They are all over priced by 10 -15 grand.

That is an exceptional deal on that Black FarOut package in AZ. I looked at a few of them all over the country back in Nov/Dec. I liked the package and the fact it was a limited edition. The dealers I talked to weren't adding much to the factory discount on the FarOut at that time. The only one we were close on hadn't had the recall done yet and they didn't have an ETA on getting it done. It all worked out, as I found my JTOD in Kentucky with 23% off MSRP and we absolutely love it. I have owned two EcoDiesels in Ram 1500s and was only looking at the diesel. That one will make someone VERY happy.

I was excited about the FarOut Edition but the only thing you get over a standard Rubicon is a FarOut badge on the tailgate. Other than that there is nothing else that makes it a limited edition or special. You can spec out or even find the exact same Rubicon on the lot with all the same features for less. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Price wise that is the cheapest I have seen on the FarOut edition. Around here they are around $62K.

I don't think 7% dealer discount is enough right now

If you read their fine print there are $2400 worth of junk fees. Still a decent deal if the discount is real, but I refuse to deal with those type of dealers.
They're advertising 15% + 15%, and I suspect they'd drop whatever fees are in that boilerplate down at the bottom.

That JT has been sitting in their inventory for a while, though. Might ask them how many miles on the odometer at this point.

You would think... I feel like I'm doing these dealers a favor asking to buy a car that's been on their lot 6+ months but they seem to be fine letting them rot. In all the cases where I've gotten a quote with junk fees, they refuse to sell without them. It's how they are selling at deep discounts, they make it up on products that cost them nothing.

I had the Central Florida CDJR folks back off quite a bit on their initial attempt at junk fees. Ended up being 26% off MSRP "fees inclusive" after some discussion (instead of the 32% off MSRP they were advertising on Auto Trader).

If @iklo 's yellow JT has less than 50-60 miles on the odometer, and it's 30% off MSRP "fees inclusive", probably not a bad deal?

30% off with fees is a deal. Unless of course we see a better program after 2/7.
