Hi,
All the tips above are solid. I’m on the beach 4-5 times a week surf fishing. My advice is to learn your vehicle first. There’s a local page …. stuck on St Augustine beach …. which shows you pretty much what not to do.

On silver lake sand dunes, a maximum of 15psi is recommended.

Certainly won't hurt ?. If I'm being honest, I go to 20 because it's low enough, but it doesn't take as much to fill them back up either....admittedly 15 would be better

10-15 and you feel like your floating on clouds. If you have to fill your tires anyway, why not go lower than 20?

Soft sand of the dunes is probably different than the hard packed beach sand.

Surprised he took the Explorer on the sand. Those have lousy ground clearance. Is he getting towed out by the F150?
