Picked up my filter, fasteners and oil. I’m at about 30k kms on this change. I figured it was time to swap out the oxygen sensors too @108k kms. I’ll have those next week! Christmas holidays coming up, is a good time to get things done.

odds are your fine. I'm brutal on my truck.
I'm not easy either. Towing a boat and off-roading, usually multiple times a month. Also multiple trips to the dunes each year.

with 37 and a 6k nobo? with the nobo on the sand? Nah i see what your saying man. It probably doesn't matter as long as trans temp stay good. Myself and others are just a little to proactive with maintenance. What's the sayin? Oil is cheap.

I can only chime in that I will do mine every 50k because the ZF6 in my other truck started acting up right at 100k when the "lifetime" was up. Clunky shifting, etc. The fluid was trash at 100k. I looked at those forums and they all said the lifetime is bunk and do it every 50-75k.

I'm at 90, and haven't performed one yet.
78k here, and just considering it. Over 90% of my miles are highway/freeway driving, no overheating, no towing, and a handful of times at rated payload.
