Tread Lightly Discount Question

Would I have to sign up and be a member of tread lightly before ordering a JT or just so many days before taking delivery of a JT?

Tread Lightly says you can apply for the FCA control number 30 days after you join. From there, I'm not sure how much longer you have to wait.

It doesn't seem to be 60 days total - the root post on Treadlightly Trez63 did his membership on Feb 19, received package on the 1st and was able to get a control number on March 14th. It seems to be 30-ish days from the purchase of the membership. I bought mine on March 22nd. Haven't received the package yet. The dealership said they don't do financing or credit check until delivery, so it should be enough time before they show up - but even those dates are all over (anywhere from May to end of June and into Aug/Sep for Launch Editions).

The day I signed up for TreadLightly, I googled “FCA Affiliate List” and found the PDF that has TL’s company code. I used that to log into the Affiliate website, then put my information in, and printed my code—all within an hour.

The email from “Mandy” is the TL member email, and you can of course see the FCA email.

Don't they list what vehicles the discount applies to? Has anyone verified Gladiator is on that approved list?

You can get the control number right away but it is not valid until 30 day after the date on your welcome letter. You must have your welcome letter and the control number to get the discount. It is also not fully needed until you take delivery.

It is for immediate family and must be made for the employee. If you are the wife or husband a current paystub from the employer and a marriage certificate is needed with the control number.

I got my packet in a week and a half, with membership dates as of the day I signed up, not the day I received the packet. 30 day wait from day of membership, but Gladiators still aren't eligible for Affiliate Pricing.
