I went on my first longer trip over the weekend and noticed that high speeds, when I went over change in pavement height due to overpasses, the truck would bounce unevenly, specifically the rear right. It felt like the rear left was softer than the other corners and responded differently. I checked the Falcon settings and it was the same as the others.

Is this normal? if not, what could be causing it? The Clayton springs or the Falcon shocks?

Is there way to test it more accurately?

What Falcon shocks? I have a similar setup and have not noticed this at all. I've got the SP2 3.3 Piggybacks and the only thing I can think to offer (if you have similar adjustable Falcons) is that they have a summer/winter mode. Beyond just the knob that can adjust the stiffness, you rotate the shaft 360 degrees in either direction to set the whole thing softer/light. Perhaps one or a couple of yours are in a different mode?
Might be worth a shot to give em all a spin to ensure they are all in the same mode. Granted you have to unbolt them all one at a time...
