Looks cool and I hope that this brings forth a sense of competition between Ford, Jeep, and hopefully Toyota. I think that it would be good for the market

That said the concept is complete Overkill for me personally.
I want the 5.7 in the gladiator sport s, with max tow, selec—trac 4x4, and the led light package. Give me that and I’ll be at the dealership within the hour. (Now if I win the lottery the 6.4 would be on the table. I could afford the fuel at that point XD)

They didn’t make the JT to sell in large numbers, though
What makes you say this? I would expect FCA had very high hopes for very high sales of the Gladiator and that's why they took ten years to get it from concept to dealer lot.

If it were an option for the JT I would have been happy to include that among the other options that I went with.
So it's a missed EJS concept. Figures.

I agree with the 5.7 comments if there is to be an actual V8 option. Great engine. My 2005 Dodge Ram 5.7 has 209000 miles and still runs like the day I got it. Not one oil drip, no smoke or and engine noises. Great motor!

The BEST thing to happen for Jeep people is the new series of Broncos. That kind of competition is going to be GREAT for us!
Now if we could just get Toyota to make the good lol fashion Land Cruiser then we'd have a proper trio of reasons to improve AND keep pricing competitive.

Video just dropped, trolling the Ford Bronco reveal today :)

Too bad it's only a concept. Not many people take concepts seriously since 95% of them never see the light of day. Hopefully this is ultimately part of the 5% though.

A prototype the day of someone else's major launch is just that attention whore acting like a damn fool to get attention because their friend is getting all the actual attention. It's all talk until they announce an actual release date.

I mean just look at the laundry list of amazing prototypes that never hit production. The Bronco was one of the few that even made a lick of sense.

Hell I could barely afford the Sport S V6 never would see my driveway unless I won the lotto. Would have been nice though to see a little bit more juice under the hood for the price paid. My Brother in law loved my JT but he said he is waiting to see the Broncos when they come out and if they will have more under the hood.
