Does anyone know what these are for and where they go? There are two in kit and not called out anywhere in directions. Front sway bar link bolt is smaller on kit than factory, maybe there??

Think you might be right on with the front sway bar if your Mojave is a 2024. Metalcloak sells a bushing for their extended links to adapt.

When I installed Apex Autolynx the disconnects were quite a bit more angled than I liked the look of. I called Apex and they said "totally fine, but we do make a spacer for people who have a preoccupation with having them perfectly straight, but we don't actually recommend their usage"

No idea if the Apex CS guy I was talking to was telling me the truth or just wanted to rush me off the phone (I called like 2 minutes before they closed) but I went with his advice and had no problems in over a year so whatever.

In most cases the link mounting holes in the sway bar are larger than the studs on the sway bar links. My guess is these are correction spacers to match the size of the hole in the bar with the link studs.

We have five '21 Gladiators equipped with the factory 2" lift in tour Jeep service. On three of them the sway bar links broke off at the sway bar. We re[laced them with a variety of aftermarket links, all opf which also broke off at the same spot. When I looked closely at them I found the mismatch. When we could finally get factory replacements we found that they had increased the diameter of the mounting studs. So far they have not failed.

The factory stud was bigger than AEV replacement. The part did slide over the smaller AEV link stud making it fill in gap on sway bar. One issue we found was that it is much wider than sway bay so you would not be able to tighten down the nut. We were thinking they might want us to treat it as a “crush nut” but decided to wait till the end to decide. At end of install we had four additional washers which once added took up that space. We did both on outside of sway bar but not sure if that’s correct. I have an email into AEV and will update with what they say.

Maybe put one washer on each side of the sway bar?
