Hello,
I bought a 2025 Gladiator Rubicon X back in Oct of last year. Around mid February I started hearing a ticking noise while driving at low speeds or during coasting. This was just above 5k miles and it currently has 7700 miles on it.
I scheduled a service in mid march but had to cancel it as I was going out of town for a couple of weeks. I rescheduled for April 13th. I dropped off the vehicle and a couple days later they told me I needed a new Long block and it had to be approved by Chrysler. At first I believe they told them they had to tear down the engine first, but I am not sure this happened. They finally approved it on 4/29. Currently waiting for the parts to arrive. It has been quite frustrating from a communication stand point and not having a truck during this time.
Anyone else had this issue?
