Anyone know what brake controller for manual transmission?

I saw this too, So I went with a Curt Spectrum off Amazon. Lowest price I could find, including adapter. I had been waiting for the Mopar unit but was underwhelmed. And I don't want to give up the 12V socket, I like it for high powered device charging without activating Carplay. I'm going to install it this month forsure, trailer rentals in May and June!
