Lights…
8 on the top total and the rock lights. They all have their own control box and power.

Top lights in back cab are installed just not wired in yet due to weather… Distribution box ready and power source for rear ready. When it gets warmer i will finish it.

^ To clarify..

Rock lights have their own control box the go into…. Back cab lights have their own control box as well.

Running a fullsize RV/Marine Lithium in the bed to power Aux lights on back cab. Since i dont need the lights on all the time I did not want overload the electrical system which was the reason for the lithium battery source.

Maybe a tad over kill… but when out in the country i like having the visibility IF needed or when needed.

Thinking of a solar panel or few to recharge that lithium… just havent gotten thet far yet until it warms up.

After neary 2 weeks of heavy off and on rain… I got up at 7 am and did a full detail inside and out to include washing underneath, cleaning the engine and ceramic spray waxing…

I do like when its fully cleaned up!

She shines up pretty good.
Just in time for the next deluge.

It’s only 30 minutes from me to the exit to get to holy cross. Very little notice is needed.

:)

I am always down to help someone clean a vehcile. For me it’s therapeutic. I used to do it as a big side hustle and still do.

If in the Atlanta area at any point (temps above 40 please), I will help. Only cost a pizza :)

? Wellll. I have a LJ getting on a transport truck in Atlanta on Tuesday that could use some underbody cleaning. :)

Boring stuff. Straightened the steering wheel a couple of degrees, and changed the oil.
Mine came that way from the factory just like @JRobes. My OCD got the best of me so I fixed it 2 days after I picked it up. Being a first time Jeep owner, I had no idea how simple it would be. After some research I found that it was only a 2 minute job.
Thursday I finished up installing my rock lights that I will use just as puddle lights to see when getting in and out of the truck. Wired to the bed lights so they will work with the fob, doors open and factory bed light switch. Made my own brackets and mounted them using strong magnets so I didn't have to drill plus if I can move them if I want to.
Staying on topic of what did you do today, I installed XKGLOW vent side marker/turning signals. Most difficult thing was getting the fenders off. Apparently if your vehicle is new, those clips are a pain to get to release or break as they are not brittle enough. Also there are 5 X 10mm bolts that have to be removed and a couple of them are hiding from you. Wanna give a HUGE THANK YOU to @WILDHOBO for his help today. Dan and I had a great conversation and he stayed on the phone with me while I managed to get through taking the first fender off and wiring everything in order to make sure it was working the way I wanted it to. Can't thank him enough for the time spent with me today and goes to show how great the people are on this forum. Hope to meet up one day and buy him a beer or two or three......
Happy with the outcome.

Another little maintenance item. My key fob battery was getting low. I was unable to remote start most of the time and proximity entry was sometimes working. Sometimes even when remote start worked when I got in I was unable to push the ignition button and have it go to the full run position. I would then have to touch the key fob to the ignition button to get that done and operate the Jeep.

I tried my spare key fob, but it was completely dead apparently.

I bought a couple CR2450 3-volt batteries and replaced them in both key fobs and everything seems to be working properly.

EDIT: Jeep's video on how to do this.
