Picked it up from Zero Declination today. I added a couple of desires, which KP handled beautifully.

System is fully operational now, with all of my mods, and I couldn't be happier!

Their workmanship is top shelf!

Letting the water sealant cure, then I will remove the excess.

Now that I am back from my Summer Sojourn and everything that I broke during the trip has been repaired (mostly), it's time to get started on some mods that I was delaying until we returned.

I've been planning to expand my House Battery capacity from 100aH to 200aH. I couldn't find a dual battery box with the correct footprint for the space available so I wound up using two singles:

A little bit of wiring for parallel batteries and an RJ45 cable so they can talk to the controller:

I still need to do some cable management so it won't look like a bird's nest, but this pic was right after I tested it out.

I had to modify the two separate box lids in order to make 1 box lid and it all worked out pretty decent:

And here's the Battery 1 status:

And the Battery 2 status:

I'm chuffed!!!
With the dual House Battery install finished yesterday, today it was time to do some updates in the electrical control cupboard:

I decided to add some cutout switches to isolate power sources and loads without have to pull a fuse or unplug a connector. So now I can isolate:
-Top left: All house loads
-Top right: Solar Panels
-Bottom Left: MPPT Output
-Bottom Right: Alternator

The eagle-eyed of you will see one errant pair of wires that aren't landed and I still need to decide how I want to manage that one; it's power to my RTT and I'd like to have it on a different switch than all of the other house loads some that I don't have to leave all of the house loads energized at night while we are sleeping. I'll figure it out but it just got too d@rn hot to do any more outside today.

Cheers

Finished up the MetalCloak Leveling Kit today. Of course that was necessary since last week I installed their Frame Built front bumper and placed a 12k Badland winch in it. The leveling kit included 2.5" dual rate springs, adjustable upper control arms, adjustable front track bar, and I added their red RockSport long travel shocks to the package. Took it on a short shakedown cruise (just to make sure I hadn't forgotten to tighten anything) and am really impressed so far.

This evening I upgraded my steering wheel to the red stitched 392 wheel and added allmopar's paddle shifter kit. The shifters work perfectly and the new wheel feels great.

Super cool. Mind sharing the links to the parts?

He’s great. Thanks for sharing. It’s not on my short list, but when I “run out of projects”…
My list, at the time, was down to gears and the paddle shifters. I'm not prepared to tackle gears on my own so the least expensive option won. Hopefully next will be gears but every time the Jeep fund is almost ready, something new and shiny catches my eye.

Yep. I hear that, way too clearly for my own good.

They're not true 35s which kind of pisses me off because all the websites said they would be. Rough estimate at 34PSI is 34.25 compared to the rough estimate of 32.5 on the stock tires. Need to do the chalk test.

If it makes you feel better, none of the tires deliver that "true/actual" size

My Maxxi RAZR MTs on my JTM were close when new 37x13.5r17 at 40psi was 36 5/8"

The BFG KO2s on my JLUR 37x12.5r17 came in at 35 3/8"

Got it. That was why I carefully went through a lot of reviews prior to purchase.
