Thats thinking outside the box. I like it.Created a just-in-case, sleep-in-the-cab camping setup. Prototyped with a rope hammock (pic 1), improved it with a polycanvas hammock (pic 2). It'd be a lot more roomy if I actually lost the 50 lbs I've been meaning to ?????

Sure thing! It'll be a while, though. My oldest son and I are on an eastbound overlanding trip for the next 2 weeks.Thats thinking outside the box. I like it.
Let me ask you, can you measure the distance from the front pax grab handle and the back wall when the seats are all laid down the way you have them. I'm thinking one could somehow make a sleeping platform to go from front to back (above the folded seats) when on solo fishing trips.
Thanks.
Looks like you are staying hydrated at least!!Took the doors off for the first time, and then installed my Baja Designs Squadron lights up front. Should help quite a bit this coming winter!

I’d be interested to see pictures of how and where you install the weather seal. Can I assume you’re doing this for noise reduction? Thanks in advance.I took the lightbar off the windshield. She looks so naked! Now just to stay off of Starfield long enough to fold the windshield and install some weather seal behind it
Yep, trying to cut some of the noise. It'll never be completely gone but even a little bit will help keep my tinnitus from screaming so badly and the navigator will be happier too.I’d be interested to see pictures of how and where you install the weather seal. You too? If I could get rid of my tinnitus, I’d be unbelievably grateful to whoever figured out how.Yep, trying to cut some of the noise. It'll never be completely gone but even a little bit will help keep my tinnitus from screaming so badly and the navigator will be happier too.

When was the last time you two had your hearing checked? My tinnitus got so bad it started to affect my mental stability. Losing sleep, short temper, complete loss of focus at work, etc. Finally got doctors to take me serious and got a referral to get hearing checked. Audiologist hooked me up with a hearing aid for my right ear (worst of the tinnitus). Now I can finally hear and it has dramatically helped with my tinnitus. You too? Oh, and if someone is in the SF Bay Area (San Jose etc) and wants to do the same: I have lots of tape left and nothing to do with it …Simple 3" traction tape on the sills. Makes life easier. Didn't want to pay for one of the fancy sill protectors, so just used this.

Audiologist explained it like this to me. Once you start losing your hearing, your brain can't handle the loss in input, so it makes up its own sound. Thus the ringing. Getting the hearing aid helped to increase the input and by extension tells your brain to knock it the f$#* off with the tinnitus. It is still there and sometimes is bad at night, after a long day or a lot of stress. However, it is soooo much better during the day that I feel like I have my mind back.
) Anyhoo... when I got evaluated by the VA for disability, the doc said I didn't have any hearing loss, but said, "well, I guess ringing in the ears could be a form of hearing impairment" ?
