Weight distribution hitch should help tooAfter using a rooftop tent for about a year, we upgraded to a travel trailer. So spent the day at a local campsite testing everything out. Will definitely be installing air bags later this week to help minimize the spongy feeling while towing
Thankfully one of those and a wireless Curt brake controller came with the trailerWeight distribution hitch should help too
I’m thinking of putting air bags in my Willys. I’d bee interested in seeing what you go with for controller and location. I want to put them where the factory auxiliary switches and disconnect go.After using a rooftop tent for about a year, we upgraded to a travel trailer. I am still kickin myself in the ass but probably made the best decision .Wheeled and camped in Ouray and Telluride with really cool people and really shitty weather....
We can now talk about "that one time on Imogene when a thunderstorm turned into a snow storm which lead to mud slides and closed trails...." Did not get to hit everything we planned....the weather was stormy and trails were being shut down... @Frank @molevich @Wylie E @Offroadnewbie
Had Colorado, Texas, New Jersey all present.

Spent some time in Hochatown Ok with the fam last weekend. We rolled 5 deep in the Gladiator for a 6 hour drive. Did some very mild trails on a rainy day and was finally able to try out the Apex Autolynx - they are super easy to use and work really well! It was really nice getting the kiddos out into the wilderness for a bit.
Found a pretty steep hill to climb.we
We actually got to 24° but my wife was too nervous to let go of the oh shit handles and take a pic!
That's pretty cool! I just Googled "Stompers"...i don't know how I missed those when I was a kid. I've never really been a name your Jeep kinda guy but that may make me change my mind. You need stickers that say STOMPER....
Great build!!!

I appreciate that man! I understand that its not a look for everyone but it works for me the way I use it!! I will definitely look you up if I ever make it up that way. I love what you've done with your rig too btw - I see your posts on here and appreciate your measured responses.I normally don't like big rims....but with your tire and axle combo....You have changed my mind. It can work and be wheeled if done like you did it. Your rig is bad ass and well executed.
Hit me up if your are in Colorado. I have kids too and we wheel all the time.
I think that Stomper I sent is an old Honcho J10
