With the temps in the 90's and 100% humidity here, figured I'd strip her down in the next week for the first time. This isn't something I expect I'll do often, so don't want anything too fancy, but something that actually allows you to see behind you and stays in place at highway speeds would be nice. Also any tips on removing doors and hard top without breaking anything appreciated.

I use some stick on blind spot mirrors on the outside AC vents and they work surprising well, also in heavy traffic I will flip the rear view camera on before changing lanes, I believe with the upper Model Taser's you can set it to automatically come on with the blinker.

I've seen that done here, but couldn't turn one up in a search. Are they pretty standard in size? Like, would these $5 Amazon ones work? Happy to spend much more than 5 bucks, that's just what I found.

I got cheap AMZN ones for ~$25, as being in the PNW I didn't know how long we could run the doors off. The bolt onto the upper body mount hinge for the door.

Do not get the cheap ones.

I should have probably specified; I didn't mean cheap as in $20 bucks, but just something under $100 (ideally) since they aren't likely to see much use.

Those are SLICK! Ordering a pair asap!
For $270 I expected the wiring hardware to attach, but they are awfully nice and wouldn't take any adjustment getting used to. Won't go that route, but might will wish I had every time I change lanes with the doors off!

Dont get the rugged ridge ones. The jam nut gets stuck in windshield hinge. I'm in the process of returning mine.

CMM mirrors are without a doubt the best $ can buy. Order them with the 20 mm mounts. They will match mounts for bulletpoint phone mount.

Yeah. Since we're new Jeep owners, I'm not dumping a lot of money in things that may or may not be needed for our use.

In the future we're adding tube doors for the summer, so we'll need mirrors that mount to those. I've seen the clamp-on ones that look nice.
