Love to hear how it's doing if you went with the Antigravity. If these work well, no need for a dual battery setup, or a secondary power supply for overloading. You actually save weight and get 3-4 times the usable power than a stock battery.I talked with the techs at Antigravity, they claim no charging issues at all, the built in BMS, battery management handles the circuitry issues. They are fully designed for automotive use. My kid has had one in his ML350 (the aux battery) for over a year now with no issues.
Diesel main batteries are bigger. Aux batteries are the same. You can upgrade your gasser to the diesel size battery by removing a piece in the bottom of the battery box.Because I don't know. Are the diesel batteries any different than the gasser ones?
Any chance you have the correct battery numberDiesel main batteries are bigger. Aux batteries are the same. You can upgrade your gasser to the diesel size battery by removing a piece in the bottom of the battery box.
You can check voltage by simply removing the aux ground cable from the top of the IBS and then measure at the end of the aux ground cable and top of the main battery positive (since they are in parallel the +'s are together electrically)My main battery is showing 12.7 volts at rest. But still getting the start/stop message of battery charging. Have not checked the voltage on the aux battery yet. Is it easier to take it out from the top or the wheel well? 21 Ecodiesel
Only if you didn't get the aux switches.Diesel main batteries are bigger. Aux batteries are the same. You can upgrade your gasser to the diesel size battery by removing a piece in the bottom of the battery box.

Agreed, I had an American Optima outlast two Mexican made ones. I think the Colorado made battery was 13 or 14 when I finally pulled it. I haven't purchased an optima since.Highly recommend Odyssey and highly do not recommend Optima. Directly saw the quality of Optima degrade immensely over the past 10 years.
The Odyssey can still start up on my 77 Trans Am after a few weeks of not being started. The optima had to be on a tender if I didn’t drive the car within 24 hours.
With the Odyssey I notice the voltage is also constantly at a much higher level and not dropping as much when accessories are turned on.
