I've narrowed it down to 2 kits and not sure which to go with?
Clayton 2.5" Ride Right+ with Fox 2.0 IPF
Icon Stage 4

I have an Overland and I am currently running the AEV 2" spacer kit with Rubicon takeoff suspension. On most weekends, I tow a 6x12 TA enclosed trailer (total weight ~4500#). Also, I have added some SumoSprings to help when towing. I feel that the rear squats a little too much and over time it’ll squat some more; when I hook-up the trailer the rear end will initially squat 2" (1/2” gap between the bump stop & pad) and then over time it'll squats another inch or so. Yes, I know the rear will squat with the trailer, I am not trying to be doing the Carolina squat. I do plan on taking it off road, but it’ll mainly be on the beach or basic trail riding (family adventures).

Both kits/set-ups come in around $2300. Kit differences…
Coils:
Clayton comes packaged with 2.5” front Linear and 2.5” triple rate rear coils.
Icon comes with a 2.5” dual rate front coils and 1.5” triple rate rear coil.

Front Control Arms:
Clayton comes with Adjustable Uppers and Icon comes with Fixed Lowers.

Shocks:
Clayton with the Fox 2.0IPF and Icons are 2.0 as well.

I'd go with Clayton and I did.

Clayton has a longer history making Jeep parts. They earned a great reputation doing it.

I'll only do adjustable arms if swapping out arms. Just doesn't make sense to used fixed length.

Clayton, especially if you are worried about squatting. The Clayton are heavier duty springs and maintain about half the rake of factory to help with squat when loaded/towing. The icon will level the truck out so you will be squatting a good bit when loaded.

Since you are choosing only those 2 brands, I would be inclined to do the Clayton lift kit and the Icon shocks.

I like Clayton's spring rates and you may opt to get their rear HD springs with the payload that you carry or maybe not because you have the Sumo's to back it up.

I've never tried Icon's shocks on a Gladiator, but very familiar with them on Toyota products. I prefer Icon's digressive valving as a great balance to on/off road, towing, and daily driving. It's really hard to say without knowing Icon's spring rates and what they actually valved the shock for.

I can tell you without a doubt Fox's 2.5's (linear) damping (Especially the rebound) did not play well with Clayton's spring rates and I have to assume they valved the 2.0's similar or possibly even lighter being that it's a lesser performance shock?

Do your own research for sure.
