@49Gramps any pictures of how your tow strap is mounted? I'm working on the best way to mount mine and am yet to find a solution that keeps it secure but still fairly easy to get in and out. Thanks in advance!
Here's what it looks like!

I'd like to see JCR make some side MOLLE panels that start near the bed front and end about 1" from the slots for the double 2 x 4s.

Are any of these molle panels no drill? I know the RC cab one is but I think their side ones require drilling. I would prefer to use existing holes and not make new ones.

The JCR ones are simply bolt-in, though if you have a spray-on bedliner, you'll need a tap to clean up the threads.

The Builtright Industries panels require a cargo rail.

I really like that the JCR panels bolt behind any rail system Or can be used without any rail system. Currently I have none but am looking hard at the Macs Tracks system. Does anyone know if the Macs system will work with the JCR panels? I am concerned that the Macs tracks may be too wide and the L shaped brackets that JCR uses won’t fit behind them.

Really pleased with the Rough Country set. Very solid panels. Easy install. Drilling was much easier than anticipated. You will need a nutsert tool. I did not have one so I just ordered theirs. Also, you may need nutserts for the upper corners of the cab panel. My truck did not come with them installed.

You would be better using the holes for the trail rail for some tie down points. This is what I'm getting ready to do. Just get some M6-1 x 25 flanged bolts. You may need washers depending on how big the hole is in the anchors.

This is what I did. Used all 12 holes on sides and back. Works perfectly for my needs.

Honestly I think both are good and you can have both at the same time - Molle panels and light duty D rings. You have yours mounted upside down (the D rings) by the way. They don't go that way, they are supposed to have a spacer that allows them to rotate on the bolt and they will hang down in the opposite direction.
The Rough Country Molle panels are very nicely fabricated - nice thick strong steel and precision machining. Where they are lacking in my opinion is strength of attachment. A big solid metal panel like that - people will want to attach heavy loads to it. They'll be pretty upset when the crappy little attachment brackets that Rough Country supplies rip out of the sheet metal. I did purchase and install the Rough Country Molle panels, but I added more than double the attachment points and if you remove the inner fender liners, you can put any kind of nut, bolt, fastener, reinforcement, whatever you want to attach them. And you can attach the little black D rings and the Molle panels at the same time.

I'm looking at the same Macs rail/JCR side panel combo. On Mac's website the track it looks like they use for this kit is 1.18" wide, seems like it'll work fine to me. I like Mac's tie downs.
