Sounds good! Looking forward to seeing the results.

We all have different needs and ideas of what we want to use the panels for. I personally like how 813 has sides that don't have the outlet and light cutouts because in my case that's the area I want to hang the Rotopax anyway. I don't want them at the front of the bed, ill put traction boards there.
The new aluminum Full Cab Side MOLLE panels are here! I also prototyped Rotopax mounts and have those being laser cut now. I don't have a photo yet of the 2 gallon on the BedSide panel but it does work. The larger Rotopax is the new 4 gallon can. It takes up less space now that the previous model.

It looks like this installs behind the trail rail type system, correct?

Yes, all of the panels mount with or without trail rails, without using any extra brackets. They are formed to mount seamlessly with minimal hardware and no drilling.

I experienced similar. I bought the Motobilt panel that goes against the front of the bed. Really happy with the shape and form factor of the unit. I did have to spend 30 minutes with a file cleaning up some of the rough edges to prepare for powder. I had also ordered from Northridge 4x4 and the first one showed up bent. They put in a warranty with Motobilt and they sent me one directly from their warehouse. It took over a week to get the second one and that one showed up bent too. Little disappointing but I'm still happy with the product. Just got it back from powder yesterday.
do you mind if I ask how much it cost to get this powder coated? My original plan was to paint mine, but I’ve changed my mind and decided to powder coat it. Thx

813, any plans to make side panels that stop at the tire hump inside the bed? With the sport bar I have mounted don't have use of the front half mounting holes.

No plan as of now for one that size. But, I could cut a top panel down that would also work with the lower panel to accomplish what you need. Here is a photo of a shorter panel that I cut down to work with the Bedside Compressor Enclosure. This shorter panel will go into production soon but it would still be a little long for what you are looking for.

That short panel size would work great for what I am looking for, only have access to the two holes at the back of the bed on each side.

How long do you need? I believe this one is 32". I will be sending it to production tomorrow which will take about 15 business days to produce.

I don't have any photos with Rotopax mounted. I have a customer in Florida that is doing it but no photos yet. I have been trying to order some Rotopax to mount but been having trouble finding them.
I just got the side panels and rotomounts in from you this past week. Initial look is quality build and much lighter than expected! Waiting on the rotopax to come in and plan to mount a 3-gal rotopax to each bedside between the wheel well and rear tie down point. Based on measurements, should work...I'll post photos once the pax come in and I can get it all installed.

Glad you like them! Yes, they are light and strong. Yes, the 3 gallon can will fit, I have one that I was testing fitting with along with the 2 gallon.

Just so everyone knows...Rotopax has apparently discontinued a bunch of things, including the 3 gal pax.

Found a UTV shop with some still in stock, but apparently they're about to change their offerings up. Lots of things being discontinued.

As soon as I get mine in next week and get them installed, I'll throw the pics up with the 813 panels.

Good to know! Glad I was able to grab one. I know the 4 gallon can is quite a bit different than the previous model.

Great idea and fabrication, can we install an extra battery inside the bedside enclosure?
