Would you find sharing a few pictures of your truck bed rack system? I've just mounted the JCR Offraod Half Rack with Universal Basket and putting my spare tire in the rear like I think you have.

It looks like you got a basic rack system and then mounted something like a Yakima basket to it. Am I close? I like my JCR Bed Rack System. But, now that I look at what you did I'm thinking it might be easier to remove when I need to use the bed for "wife duty hauling".

Stockton steel wheels. 17x8 with 5.2 backspacing. Custom built.

New reverse lights. Great fit and finish on the bracket and I like that they're standard S1 pods other than they don't come with a standard bracket. Lots more options for re-use down the road when I replace the bumper.

It's actually all a kit from BD so no DIY there. I asked if they'd do the brackets separately but they never responded.

Put some cheap tube doors on the Gladiator today. They are good for the price, not great.

The good:
Price
Looks good.
The mirrors are bigger and work better than the stock ones.
The latching mechanism works well
Feel solid

The bad:
Quality is soso, mostly the finish
The black coating is thin and had rub marks from the factory
All the hardware is not black

Over all I feel like the doors/mirrors were worth the price ($415). Since I have a long list of upgrades, I went cheap on the tube doors. I am happy with them, but I can see myself upgrading them a year or two down the road, once I get my other upgrades completed. They actually look a lot better in person too. They just don't photograph that well. My wife thought they look awesome. And she is a tough critic.
