Another chapter has ended. While I absolutely love my Gladiator, I am left wanting on the towing side and pulled the trigger on a new 2026 RAM 1500 Warlock. Only comes in 4wd and towing options and the i-6, Twin Turbo Hurricane SO. It has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with you fellow knuckleheads and I will truly miss you. Stelantis so needs to put the Hurricane in the jeep platforms! The Hurricane SO puts out more HP than the 5.7L Hemi..... Crazy! Thanks everyone for the advise, critiques, agreements and disagreements. We all grew as a family.

If I ever step over to a fullsize I have been looking closely at the Ram Warlock, but with the Hemi (coming in '26). I really like that package.

Nice truck, I am having to consider a full size or other vehicle. In my case I now have my 92 yo mother living with me and it is impossible to load her in my Gladiator. I am fighting it but may have to make a change.

Oddly enough between my Gladiator and my wife's Wrangler we found the greatest reason that we couldn't assist her sister moving in with us after a major surgery. I am forever thankful.

not everyone wants a V8 for maximum power. some just want power with simplicity.

good displacement, very balanced, naturally aspirated. less things to fail.

There have been a lot of reported failures with the overly complex hurricane I6. For 25hp that you could easily pick up with a tune I'd take the v8 100% of the time. My last truck before the gladiator was a 2017 ram rebel with the 5.7L. Never lacking for power even towing 8500 pounds of JLUR and trailer 1,200+ miles each way to wheel in the Telluride area. Maintained 75-80mph up any grade I pointed it at. Only complaint was the 8mpg pulling that hard. 125k hard use miles and nothing more than basic maintenance. Good luck with the I6 and nice looking truck.
