How far out (wide) are they with your 35s?

They sit perfectly flush with the edge of the tires. I'm running 35x11.5R17 on 17x8.5 +25mm currently at 38psi. The rear can still be adjusted outward past the edge of tire. Here's some photos best I can get.

I did that one time. Bought a $4K Schmidt and Bender scope for my RPR .338. Just about cost me my marriage.

Technically not a gladiator and technically not mine. But I installed a Warn Zeon 10S with Warn winch plate for a friends JLU Rubicon. Would be the exact same procedure for a JT with the same set up.

So looking at your third photo, I am hoping the winch line is just resting on the top of the drum as it should be feeding from underneath the drum.

Correct. The drum was turned at this point. Actually had a hard time getting the line seated fully flush on the drum. I ended up just hand tightening the line to the tow hook on my gladiator and had my friend slightly move forward while I watched it. That worked too.

nothing spectacular but i modded the trim piece from my Mojave bumper to my Rubi bumper to cover it alittle more since snow will start to fall soon. Next a winch cover.

Nice attention to detail. I suspect it will also help prevent splash up on the headlights and grill. I’ll have to check this out on mine!

Just checked all of my tracking numbers

Put the Gobi rack on yesterday. Ladders won't fit with the softopper, but I knew that would probably be the case going in.
Now to put the tent on... Really wish i had a taller garage.

I saw an almost identical truck to yours yesterday but it had a ladder and I was wondering what kind of rack it was. I’m really digging it as I never take my roof off anyway.

for sure it will help with splash up. i also added the back covers from the mojave bumper to protect the fog lights to this Rubi bumper since its wide open. Ill deal with Atheistic and looks next year.
