First oil change!!!

Also sorted out and tested my cheapo air setup. It worked, after I had popped the checkvalve chucks and ditched the dumb o-rings they put on the NPT females. Blue loctite and good to go!!!

Tires were 32 cold, pumped them to the door, 37 psi. May improve my gas mileage a smidge. Which would be cool. Im a smiles per gallon guy, but I always test new vehicles to see what I can get under optimal conditons/super conservation driving habits, so I can look back when im getting 10mpg and know it is all me and the mods, lmfao!
I'm going to do my first oil change next weekend.......should be right at 2000 miles

Installed my Tyger trifold bed cover.

For $250 hell of a value. Is the fit and finish 100%.....hell no. BUT I'm an actual realistic person, yes. I feel I got a great, easy to install solution for the money I spent. And for what I spent......I give it a 5 out of 5 stars. It's not like anyone really spends anytime look at the bed cover when it comes to Gladiators anyways. Form and functionality....both blocks checked.

I’ve had mine on for over a year. It’s worked great and it’s super easy to remove if I need to. I highly recommend this if you don’t want to drop a ton of money.

Got my DV8 step sliders on today and they look better than I thought they would! Besides all the bolts on them they look very similar to the stock sliders but with just enough hanging out for a step/ gaurd to prevent door ding and such very happy with them!

Nice, as you did the install did you also loosen the control arm bolts? ?
I did actually ha, mofo to get back to torque spec on my back in the driveway :surprised:

Have actually messed around with them a couple times now, with more in the future. Originally had picked up the slightly longer Mopar LCA's since they were so cheap, but still wasn't totally happy with the ride, so have some Black Friday sale special Metal Cloak geo brackets on the way. Hopefully get them next week.

So since on this topic, and I have both the stock and the Mopar longer LCA's, is one preferred over the other to use with geometry brackets? I haven't seen anyone talk about it directly, so wasn't sure what would ultimately give the best ride. I know some like extra caster above stock. These are the brackets I'll be installing if it matters:

Use the stock control arms with correction brackets. If you use the mopar ones you may have too much castor. 6-6.5 degrees is the goal.

Correct. Too much castor and you can introduce too much pinion angle.

Ordered this Friday morning, it showed up today I installed it this evening in less than 10 minutes. Man the camera looks so much better now when I put it in reverse with the license plate lights turned off! according to the listing, he has one left, but if you message him, he will make some more really good dude and I have no affiliation with any of this. I just like to see when I put my vehicle in reverse at night.

Started playing around with my cowl lights and brackets. Gotta make a harness still.

1x Grote 4800 lumen spot
1x Grote 1200 lumen flood
Per side

Grabbed the KMFCDAE dual light aluminum brackets from Amazon. Gotta say, they are very nice quality.

Still waiting on my Laminx yellow film to come in.

The one light still has the plastic protection film on it, that’s why it looks weird.

The lower control arms are a piece of cake. I use extensions to reach out just beyond the rocker panel area, and a short jack stand to hold the extension level with the rear lower control arm bolt. That way I can torque the rear lower control arm bolts standing up beside the truck.
I have a wrench on the nut on the inside where it wedges and stays put as I torque the bolt from beside the truck.
Some of the others - not so easy, but the LCA rear bolts are no problem at all - and the fronts aren't bad either. The uppers - not as much fun.

I don’t know why It always ends up taking me forever to install things. Also it always ends up being a big pain in the rear.

installed front runner rack on my tonneau cover yesterday. I do suggest just paying for it pre installed on your Diamondback cover.
Installing Fishbone off-road rear fenders and liners.
