Thanks man. Very kind and much appreciated. I'm having fun. Hopefully mine will be starting to look more like yours when she grows up. :)
You mean scratched and dented? :)

Your work is really nice, and is inspiring more fun projects for me. Don’t tell my wife though.

Very interesting indeed, it appears the Overland models have a different grab handle then.

Couple minor things today. I put longer bolts in the top rear sway bar end links. The old ones were pretty damn short, especially after putting on the metal cloak reinforcement bracket. I also mounted my element fire extinguisher using a quick fist and a molle insert from gorman precision. Don’t mind the dog hair. Lol

I suspect they do, never did a direct comparison, but would bet they are different in that way.
I don't like stuff being waaay over there anyway (with a bad right eye, especially) so I opted for a dash mount.

It holds my phone sometimes, my plow controller sometimes, and sometimes it just sits there and looks important. I can operate the plow with the controller where it sits, or lift and hold it when plowing.

I don't even care for the radio screen being like and where it is - you have to turn your head and look at it, and it's then at such an angle...... wish it was more like other vehicles with a cockpit type layout where things face the pilot, er, driver, more head-on like my Javelin does where the dash and controls wrap around the driver.

hahaha!!! Noooo, not that! LOL. :) :)

Thanks! Mums the word. I gotta keep things just a little bit on the downlow until the wife embraces the full jeep modification / tweaking lifestyle. :). Hopefully she doesn't see this post.

Took her and her 94 year old parents wheeling today though. All of em loved it. I think I'm OK spending some money here and there. I'll say it's to make things more fun for her folks.... :)

Hmmmm....that is strange. Unfortunate too. Those cmmoffroad ball mounts for the RAM arms are really (IMO) the easiest and most convenient (except for overland I guess) ways to mount stuff. Next up for me is one of their A pillar ball mounts for phone or Garmin GPS.

Naw, too far away for my needs and tastes and abilities. A pillar mount would be fine, but the dash mount puts things right where I want 'em. For a tablet I could always get the right side mount to match my left side Bullet Point mount.

Spring Break Vacation in 5 days, heading to the Oregon Coast and taking the Gladiator on the beach - hopefully the weather cooperates. So day I tried out the Foam Canon, cleaned the Motorhome, Gladiator and Cherokee. Did a great job.

Then I started the install of the Oracle New Style Pre-Runner Style LED Grill Lights. Since I have the Trail Cam this was the best option My type A would have gone crazy with one light under the trail cam. Had a little help from my friends at Maui Brewing Company - needed a couple so I wouldn't use profanity as Oracle's lame "instructions" aka watch a YouTube video. Not rocket science, but details matter.

As small as the lights were I was a bit apprehensive about how much light they would emit - no problem.
