Most of you know reading my threads the issues I am Having, at the dealer I shared details what been going on and they looked at me like I was not knowing what I was talking about.
They don't believe me on low voltage and it's starting to run hot last few days normal driving.
They automatically dismiss low voltage where I prove with multimeter it is low voltage one part of the problem.
The found code saying low turbo boost.
And said a reflash will fix it.
I know better than this!

I'm finding that in my area actual diesel mechanics are in short supply and gas techs don't want to mess with diesel engines.
Service writer just regurgitates what the tech said and if they don't know how to or don't want to deal with the problem, they'll do more work deflecting then actually trying to troubleshoot.

The thing of it is I am very mechanically inclined because I've got all this equipment trucks of mechanic my whole life so I know what I'm talking about it's just like they won't listen to me I've pinpointed some of the issues but it's like nobody wants to listen to me.

The computer on the powertrain side is having a issue which is causing low voltage and causing these erratic actions.

It's ridiculous that I can go get a multimeter out of my toe box and do basic troubleshooting and figure out the area where it's causing the problem but they got all this equipment and I can't figure out a damn thing

What do you consider low voltage and does the EVIC state any issues?
What temp do you consider running hot and does the EVIC state any issues?
What PSI is low boost and under what conditions? Do you have a scanner that can datalog?
