Hello, deciding on a lift … gamechanger 3.5 or 2.5 . I tried to get the mopar lift installed by the dealer but two different dealers screwed me over on ordering and scheduling so I’m going to get this lift and install myself .

I want to keep 35s . I would rather have 3.5 but don’t want it to look stupid with small tires. Does anyone have pictures of a 3.5gamechanger lift with 35s

If you have a rubicon/Mojave get the 2.5 any other trim get the 3.5. Either lift on any trim you won't have any issues with clearance. It's just if you get a 3.5" lift on a rubicon/Mojave with 35s you will have a big gap gap between the tire and fender.

That’s kind of what I was thinking , thank you . I just noticed they were same price and didn’t want to go to 37s because of mpg since it’s also daily driver .

you think the gamechanger is better than mopar?

Go mopar if you don't need to do anything crazy, Metalcloak if you want to do more difficult trails
Gamechanger with shocks is going to run you alot more than the mopar kit

From price comparison it’s honestly 600 different. And seems like Metalcloak comes with way more. I want best of both though moderate trail capabilities and good highway quality. Which is why I was looking at Metalcloak . All the reviews say it rides great with the Rocksport shocks and it comes with the adjustable track bars unlike mopar

Seems like you've made your decision, just know because it comes with new adjustable arms, track bar and some other goodies, you should get an alignment after and more parts means a longer install time. Install shouldn't take too long to do in a driveway if you know what to do.

One thing to think about with the MetalCloak lift for the diesel truck. Is they are using spacers for the added weight instead of springs designed for the diesel, just food for thought.

If it were me going for the MetalCloak lift I would use the Clayton springs.

Issue with clayton springs is that they run tall. My 3.5" diesel lift is more of a 4.5"

Here is my build:
- 3.5 Metalcloak GC
- King Shocks with Adjusters

I decided to roll with the 35s since I don't want to regear (yet) and change out balljoints with 37s. I also Tazered the Mojave so it drives and shifts smoothly.
