Man how do you get the springs upnover those things they look amazing but huge ?With the gracious help of @Mightytalldude, installed fox hydraulic bump stops in the front, and added 1/2” spacers at the same time to adjust for the heavier winch and bumper after changes this past season. It took a bit to figure out the measurements on the driver side, but the passenger side went much more smoothly. Didn’t get to the rear today, but will be adding 1/2” spacers there as well to get the stance back ti the way it was. It was a busy day, so didn’t take many pictures, but here is one during the driver side mock-up.

It wasn’t very easy. Sway bar links disconnected, shocks disconnected at the bottom, and axle dropped to the ground. And that still almost wasn’t enough. Installed the lower puck system (Synergy) after the spring was on.Man how do you get the springs upnover those things they look amazing but huge ?
I didn't think that would have been easy but man those things look awesome.. are you using a single double or triple rate spring? Most front springs after market are duel rate . But those darn near look like they darn near touch ?it would really help to hold the load after only about 2 inches. Again they just look frigging awesome. That's just great now I am wanting a set..lol ...It truly is a disorder I need vehicle conseling ??It wasn’t very easy. I've been think about a set of those for my diesel. Would help with the extra weight up front when getting a little aggressive in the sand dunes. With the gracious help of @Mightytalldude, installed fox hydraulic bump stops in the front, and added 1/2” spacers at the same time to adjust for the heavier winch and bumper after changes this past season. They are definitely a quality item and super awesome, make hitting bumps hard nice and soft.I've been think about a set of those for my diesel. Would help with the extra weight up front when getting a little aggressive in the sand dunes.
Any pictures after final install?
Reviews and what lift springs are you using?
Thanks, looks awesome.
Thanks. We were learning the measurements as we went, but I chose the modular synergy pucks so I can make changes easily later without messing with the top side. The bottom puck bolts down, and then 1” pieces snap on or off without even needing to remove the bolt. So you can change the puck from 2” to 3” to a max of 4” without removing the spring. I currently have 3” of puck, per Fox’s recommendation. They said if one is using 3” lift springs, that typically 3” of base puck is used. I also have a friend with a JL running a similar system that I checked with. His strike pads are also about an inch from the puck at ride height, so at this point I believe the setup to be in the neighborhood of correct. The springs are 3” lift JKS springs that went on in march of 2022. I’m almost sure they’re dual rate.I didn't think that would have been easy but man those things look awesome.. are you using a single double or triple rate spring? From what I’ve read and heard from Fox verbally, they excel in helping with bumps at speed. I don’t do a ton of that stuff, but am expecting them to help a lot in full articulation situations. This picture was the reason for going down this road. Needless to say, the stock bump stops were not handling themselves.I've been think about a set of those for my diesel. That’s going to be fantastic. I’ll end up being jealous when yours is still disconnected on the trail at 19mph. Thanks again for the help yesterday. It’s supposed to be sunny again today, so maybe I’ll get a wild hair and try doing the rear.Should've posted last week after the install, but swapped out the factory sway bar for a '23 Rubicon disconnect unit, minus the motor. Manual knob to be delivered today. That'll give back about 20 minutes at the start of the trail and that much at the end of the trail as I don't have to manually disconnect the links each time.

How much does a complete set up like that cost you? Curious as to why you would run that way instead of just something like the Apex Autolynx unless it’s significantly cheaper.Should've posted last week after the install, but swapped out the factory sway bar for a '23 Rubicon disconnect unit, minus the motor. The rears are easy compared to the front. I have to do that in-person work thing today, or I'd come back to assist. That’s going to be fantastic. I picked up this unit for $200. Many sway bar disconnect kits cost that much or more. I'm in the camp of modify, but make it look stock. Too good of a deal to pass up.How much does a complete set up like that cost you? Perfect solution if you ask me. Not for big money, but for $200 and no risk of motor or electrical failures, it’s a no brainer. The rears are easy compared to the front. I have to do that in-person work thing today, or I'd come back to assist.

Looks sweet!Tossed on an Evo 1/4 Pounder front bumper and some lights (yes I see one is upside down lol since fixed). Did the whole install in about 30min at 10pm night before going out hunting so I did the best I could with what I had to figure out wtf to do with the shock reservoir's, if anyone has a better way to mount/ protect them im all ears.
