Replaced the janky Renogy battery box with my own more secure fabrication with better clearance for things on the slide out and added a 1000W psw inverter and 100a circuit breaker.

5.38 gears.

New diff covers.

Rear Revolution chromoly axle shafts.

Front RCV fad delete shafts.

Adams front and rear drove shafts.

Motobilt full belly skid plates.

It is I was impressed with the quality on how everything fit like a glove. They are steel skids so they add some weight but not a fan of aluminum for skid plates.

I bent my muffler and broke all the hangers this will prevent that next time.

Finished the 60/40 split on my GG rear seat delete homemade version. Taking trip after Christmas and need room for human to travel in back seat. I eventually will probably have to take dedicated days off from.work to install the Armorlite flooring still in the box.

so before the split one huge platform.

and now I can install one or both. for this trip left 40% in with 60% seat. also got around to installing threaded inserts into backing to finalize the cargo tiedowns. in

Installed the lower A-pillar brackets and my Auxbeam 5” LED off-road lights that I wired up 5 weeks ago.
Installed an MP Concepts aluminum front bumper.
Installed a Rough Country 12,000 lb Pro series winch.
Started at 10 am yesterday and finished at 4 am this morning.
Got 3-1/2 hrs sleep and got ready for today’s Christmas party.
Couldn’t stop until the job was finished because this was my only schedule opening until two weeks from now.

the tailgate was cut on some expensive cnc cutter i think, the area behind the lights was done with no knife tape. but now that i look at that photo more carefully, maybe it was all cut by no knife? i dunno. they did show me where the tailgate and rear fender panels didn't line up so they had to do a little bit of an angled part.

The green tape is the knife less tape. So they did it the right way.

Merry Christmas! Install was super easy. I will post back in a few days as I will be heading out on a mini road trip and will get. Chance to see how the backup performs and hear from the the second vehicle how the marker/ 3rd break light performs.
