My new Jeep came as pictured, but I see other people have engine covers. Is that a stock item?

Is mine missing, or is it optional?

Hasn't been standard since somewhere in the 21 model year, I believe.

It's a good place to set your breakfast to keep it warm, that's about it.

I really love the look of engine parts - intake manifolds, working linkage, mechanical stuff. I'd even love it if they had transparent valve covers - I'd be all over that!

#5 isn't squirting oil right, need to tear it down and high buff polish the parts........

I bet you’re probably also missing the tailgate locking plate on the right side hinge of your tailgate

Did they ever do away with these for ecodiesels too? I would imagine that’s likely as a bunch of folks removed them anyways to try and mitigate some of the heat issues.

An aluminum intake would look nice.

I took mine off. I don't see any need to have a insulated piece of plastic in my engine bay just for looks.

I may be old school, but I wish we had a cool aluminum intake manifold.
