Sucks getting older, simple car stuff is taking longer and longer to do.
I am with you. Did my AEV lift install a couple of weeks ago and had the same epiphany about rolling round on the ground and getting back up. My joints are not as nimble as they use to be.

Right there with you guys. Getting harder and harder to do the easier things as well as getting off the ground lol. Guess it beats the alternative.

Well, installed these hood hold downs from DV8 offroad. They claim that these will stop "hood flutter". Well l never had hood flutter, but these look cool.
No other reason than that.
No other reason needed!

Oh crap, I changed my oil last night and didn't even think about the tire rotation.
It’ll appreciate the extra attention two days in a row. It likes you.

I hate roof top tents and their expense. I feel they’re impractical driving around with it installed all of the time, so I found this for $90 on Amazon.Tgere is no floor so I don’t have to remove my tonneau cover and the bed rug is perfect for a camping floor. I’ll be finishing it off with an inflatable truck bed mattress. I’ll have the perfect lite weight camper I can set up in 15 minutes and take anywhere.

Installed these in the front dash and they cleared up the audio so well. Should’ve done this 3 years ago lol

Putting a second set in the sound bar too this weekend.

3 1/2 seems small for the sound bar. No?

Took mine to the dealer to get the oil changed, tired rotated and have an issue looked for.
There were no codes to pull, which didn't surprise me.
I've had what I believe to be the ABS pump (grinding/pulsing sound) randomly kick on for a few seconds for what appears to be no reason. It happened in the past while I was having ABS, traction control, service 4wd lights coming on.
Dealer replaced wheel speed sensor and 4wd sensor and some pigtails. Then I went 2ish months with no issues. Couple weekends ago while coming home in a rain storm the grinding sound returned, but no warning lights.
They didn't see anything obvious, nothing loose, etc.
They did find this...

Picture doesn't look as bad as in person. Steering stabilizer is dented. No ill effects, but it'll need replaced.
Guess I know what I'll be researching next.

I thought this too when I initially saw Crutchfield.com recommending them for the sound bar. But people on the forum have done the same install with positive results. I think replacing the ones in the dash make the biggest difference though and adding them to the sound bar is much less noticeable. We shall see…

Keep in mind though, I’m just going off YouTube videos, product reviews, and forum testimonies. I’m no sound or speaker expert AT ALL

Edit: I also saw a video where a guy showed the smaller OEM speaker in the soundbar and it looked exactly like the OEM dash speaker. Maybe they are the same. I’ll check the part numbers when I pull them tomorrow. I should also mention that I have the regular, non-alpine sound system
