Wipes tear from eye. Finally picked up my baby (400 miles only when the t bone happened).
Repair shop did a marvelous job and there was a LOT of hidden damage once they removed the panels and seats. Repair cost came out to $26k and took 10 weeks to complete as Jeep was backordered on some parts/panels. Other party's insurance covered every penny.

Picked up my baby today and just sat down in silence and celebrated the moment. I still remember that night of the impact when a 16 yr old texting driver t boned me ...the Jeep took it like a champ and neither me nor my son felt any impact but the other Toyota camry nearly got totalled and we walked out with this. I know Jeep's get a bad rep on the internet but this truck is built like a german tank!

And the repair shop swapped out my rock rails with the contoured RC steps.

I'm driving down tomorrow to Santa Cruz to move my kid out of college so looking forward to the 3 hr drive and cruising the sea side!!

I don't. I can still remove the freedom panels, but I have never had a desire to remove the hard top.

Same, in texas too dang hot care less about removing top. Took it off one time in 5 years just to say i did it.

technically yesterday..... I took off the hard top and full doors.
Put on half doors (factory Dual door group) and installed a new Rugged Ridge Voyager Soft Top.
Of course its raining today ugg!

Installed Quadratec J5 lightbar. Put doors and top back on and gave it a bath

Yesterday i installed Rok Blokz on my Jeep no more throwing rocks on my camper, and I need to find time to install AEV HD 3” springs and an assortment of other parts left over from other lifts i had .

I had a Hellwig anti-sway bar installed on the rear axle on its stiffest adjustment. Just with a short drive home, it seemed to tighten up the rear suspension quite a lot.

Installed the Rugged Ridge hood latches after work today and the inexpensive Ecotric bumper bar. The welds are not the prettiest but looks great otherwise.
