Will it go as short or shorter than OEM rear track bar? Have a relocation bracket on a 3" lift and want to make sure your track bar will fit, got a 37" spare to fit in there

Yes! It will collapse to very slightly shorter than stock!

Anyone have pictures of their JT w/ the Clayton lift and wheels with the backspacing of 4.7 or less, preferably a picture that shows the poke?
I just ordered a set of 17x9 with a -12 offset and 4.5 backspacing based on Clayton’s recommendation and want to see what I’m looking at.

I just ordered a set of 17x9 with a -12 offset and 4.5 backspacing based on Clayton’s recommendation and want to see what I’m looking at.

So I have the 2.5" overland+ plus kit on my 2023 Diesel Rubicon JT. The rims are ATX CHamber Pro II (similar to the SLABS) beadlock that should be roughly 17x9 and I believe a 3.5" backspace. There are 37x12.5x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers tires. Here are some pics.

Oh I thought I should mention that if your JT is a non-rubicon/non-mojave model the axles are actually shorter and the poke would be about 1.5" less on each side...

on another note I just added a upper/lower control arm drop bracket to my build (I will not say whose as I am on Claytons Thread, out of respect for Clayton's excellent products. if you want to know whose I used just PM me) and I am very happy with what it has done to improve the ride quality working seamlessly with the clayton arms. that combined with the clayton arms and springs (and I am shame to admit STOCK shocks) has virtually returned my ride to a very comfortable and maybe even better than stock (thank you to the springs) feel.

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a new spring and shock combo the next couple months for my Mojave. After I added my armored & canopy camper, there’s just too much weight on the truck for the OEM suspension.

I’ve been looking at the AEV kit with the upgraded Beilstein 8100 series shocks.

The Clayton 2.5 Overland kit might be right at my alley..

I currently have the AEV 2 inch Mojave specific spacer lift and the height was perfect. However, it’s collapsed a bit with all the weight.

Does anybody have the 2.5 overland kit on a Mojave with some weight on it? I’d love to be back at a 2 1/2 inch lift over the stock height.

I would call Clayton directly. I believe they have some HD shocks specifically for what you are asking.

I have a 21 Mojave that I was about to order the 1.5” level kit but with the Mojave already having a 1” lift am I only going to gain a half inch? Not looking for a big lift just want to give the 35s a little more clearance. I’m still running the stock plastic bumper and when the bumper does get replaced it will be with an aluminum one

Yup. Clayton Overland 2.5+ lift, with the Falcon SP2 3.3 Shocks, and Currie front end suspension & Falcon Steering Stabilizer. Very happy with all of it, but the Currie front end DID necessitate me buying wheels - stock L front wheel rubbed. Ended up with Method 703 Beadgrips, -12 Backspacing - that did the trick. I've got Toyo AT III - 35x11.5R17's. I wanted as minimal a poke as I could get with 35x11.5's, and -12 was the best I could do without rubbing on the Currie tie rod.

Sounds like pretty much what you are looking at doing. Perfect for our AZ trails IMO.

You're welcome. I wish I had seen this config before deciding, but it all worked out for me. Well....except for the extra $2k on wheels cause the stock front L wheel rubbed on the tie rod.

For me, the 35's are perfect. The "look" is just right with the Clayton. Along with the lift, 35's makes the JT extremely capable. If I wanted a true rock crawler, I would not have bought the JT. So 35 is a great all round compromise.
