I have been searching through many threads looking specifically for folks running 40's with -18mm offset on the wheels on a non-Rubicon or Mojave. My JT is an Overland, so it doesn't have the same axle width as the Rubicon/Mojave.
Current setup:
On my current setup the 38"s with the -38mm offset on the wheels completely clear without any rubbing at full-lock or max articulation. I got a good deal on a set of Cooper STT Pro 40 x 13.50 x 17's, but still looking at the many wheel choices before I make the call on a set.
I want to stay with a 17" wheel, are so far probably like the Black Rhino Armory in Gun Black the best.
If you are running 40's on your non-Rubicon or Mojave and have -18mm offset on your wheels, please drop a reply about how they fit, what wheel, any rubbing and/or mods you had to do to get them to fit. I would greatly appreciate any replies!
Current setup:
- 3.5" Metalcloak Game-Changer lift
- Metalcloak Overland Tube Fenders (Front & Rear)
- Metalcloak Hi-Clearance Inner Fenders
- Fuel Zypher Beadlocks 17x9 -38mm offset
- Falken Wildpeak M/T 38's (fully worn and ready to be replaced)
