No, that's his cousin, the Black Drum. Arguably more tasty and less restrictive bag size/limits.Nice fish.
What is that? Red Drum?
Get some rollers and drag it with your winchhooked up the trailer, and went to harbor freight to buy a gantry crane. I needed a forklift, chain hoist, and come along to get it onto the trailer. Getting it into the house (you heard that right) to assemble and do the craziness I have planned should be bonkers tomorrow. The crate was about 900lbs.

I love my enclosed trailer with rear ramp door. But picking up items like that is when I sure miss my old utility trailer with removable side rails.hooked up the trailer, and went to harbor freight to buy a gantry crane. No question. It was still great, but a side load with a fork lift would have been way easier.I love my enclosed trailer with rear ramp door. But picking up items like that is when I sure miss my old utility trailer with removable side rails.
I opened the crate in the trailer, but need to get the parts upstairs a flight of stairs for assembly. The two main uprights must be 350 each, if I had to guess.Get some rollers and drag it with your winch
Go to your Big Box DIY store and buy some 4" PVC and cut it down to a little bit wider than the box. Lift one end and place underneath. Start pushing and have someone assist with placing the other pieces. Easy Day.hooked up the trailer, and went to harbor freight to buy a gantry crane. Good idea. I’ve got rolling dollies I made years ago to move a safe. Now that the crate is in pieces and parts are in the garage, I need to get them up a flight of stairs. I already went back to the old house last night and loaded up more boxes and furniture. Need to unload that stuff before getting yelled at by the forewoman.Go to your Big Box DIY store and buy some 4" PVC and cut it down to a little bit wider than the box. That’s a project in itself. You need a crane for the crane.I opened the crate in the trailer, but need to get the parts upstairs a flight of stairs for assembly. The two main uprights must be 350 each, if I had to guess.
