...I have Remote Start!

OK, OK...so I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. I purchased my JT Sport on 8/23/23, downloaded the window sticker plus the build sheet, and read through them being focused on whether or not it had the tow package, what gear ratio it was built with, did it have Android Auto, etc...

So, after all this time I re-visited the documents over the weekend and saw it was equipped with that feature. I pressed that little button twice and heard it start up.

LOL, just in time for Spring. Hey better late than never.

When I picked mine up in DC I was trying to navigate home using my phone (cause I prefer Google maps) holding it my hand and damn near got in an accident. I actually dropped my phone. That’s when I remembered the Jeep had Android auto < forehead slap>!

Congrats. Be aware than in a few years your remote start feature will disappear and to your truck will light up like a Christmas tree. If you want to keep that feature working A. drive every day B. connect a battery tender. Otherwise you will be buying new batteries in 2-3 years.
