Accuair is it worth the money

Ok now is the time I look at lifts. I like the Accuair as I can raise it or lower it anytime. But is almost the $7-8k worth it. Those of you that have it installed, do you like it and was it worth the cost than just going with a 2.5” lift? Sorry newbie here.

The only thing that I can see different is that the Mopar is advertised as 4" and the accuair standalone (I guess) goes from 1" below stock to 6" above.

The description at the very bottom alludes to it’s adjustability but didn’t mention exact numbers, but mentioned adjustability by 2” each direction so I’d suspect it’s the exact same kit.

“This high-performance kit lets you easily raise or lower your truck as needed -the AccuAir dynamic lift kit for Jeep Gladiator defaults to the standard 4-inch height when traveling 25 MPH or faster. When traveling under 25 MPH, the vehicle can be raised by two inches or lowered by two inches. Lift and lowering adjustments are made using either the included touchpad controller or the Bluetooth-enabled ePlus app.”

We really like our Accuair system it rides nice it is never saggy in the back even when loaded a little more than it should be. When we go into a place to camp we don’t need to worry about how level the spot is we just adjust the corners to make the tent level (within reason of course) and even though we are not extreme rock crawlers we have been some places that are pretty impressive with only the stock Rubicon tires. Just kind of a nice all around system. The picture below doesn’t show it very well you can kind of see how it is leveled out. But you have to decide if it is worth it for your purpose. For us it is. And would do it again.

I know what the site says. I don't own an Accuair setup, so I only stated what was told to me by the Accuair rep. He told me 1" below stock and up to 6" in offroad mode.

This is on my Mojave at full lift...can only be used below 25 mph. When you go over 25 mph it will lower to setting 2 which is approximately a 4" lift. It will drop down to the bump stops which allows me to park in the garage with the Dirtbox canopy camper installed.

Not disagreeing with you. Like I already stated. I don't own an accuair lift (such as yourself). I just stated what the rep told me.

That’s pretty cool. I did some measuring and mine won’t fit in the garage doors if I added a few inches of lift and 37s. That is a good solution for those of us with older garage doors.

I was thinking that for all that money for accuair, I could have a lift, 37s, and re-gear with dual ARB lockers. Now I see a justification for it. Lol.

5th picture is manually holding the up buttons on the pad till it stops going up. Wouldn’t drive like that but it is useful in leveling the truck at a place to camp.
