I am in the process of installing this kit on the rear of my JT right now.
And i just realized AEV states that this Kit DOES NOT work with the Factory Sport wheel.
( We do not recommend running stock wheels on a Sport with our suspension. At full rebound, the passenger rear endlink is hard into the backside of the wheel and at ride height it’s very close. OE 18” Overland wheels will work for limited street use but not recommended for anything off-road or as a long term solution. OE 17" Rubicon wheels from models with widetrack axles will be ok, depending on tire size. )

So.... this is my Daily Driver. So does that mean i cant drive it until i get some new tires and wheels??

AEV kind of explained it, full rebound the end link will hit the backside of the Sport wheels. Unless you have Max Tow option with the wide track axles, the standard narrow track Sport axels and factory Sport wheel offset will hit as they explained. Could you get away with casual city pavement driving, maybe but how risk adverse are you?

I had this same kit on my 2022 Rubicon JT but that was with with the wide axles and AEV wheels.

What size tires are you running? Is this with the standard capacity springs?

Are you running a spacer in the front? some AEV lifts look like they have a lot of rake and some don’t in pics…

Wheel spacers are cheap and easy to address the issue. Some people are afraid of them, but I've put hundreds of thousands of hard miles on rigs over the last decade running 1.5" spacers without issue. Buy a quality hubcentric spacer, use lock right, and torque them properly and you'll never have an issue.
