Yeah that info is on their website. I got off the phone with them and tried to make a convincing argument why it should be published.
yeah. They wont. Especially now that they are officially partnering with Jeep.

But I want to just make sure its known the numbers on their website are misleading probably because of legalities. But those number ratings are weight capacities OVER GVWR. I dont think that is super clear to most. My understanding after several phone calls is the SD springs, when the vehicle is equipped with winch and bumper and fully loaded to 6,650 pounds, the lift will net 2.5“

Here is my Sport S Diesel with the lift on 33’s. I think the picture does it justice, but I want to be clear I really don’t like how it looks with tires this small. My original plan was to keep these until the tread wore out. I’m throwing that plan out the window, I can’t take it anymore!

35’s would be good. And you wouldnt have to regear as with the 37’s

Yeah I couldn't take that either. Mines also got the Rubicon tires too. 35s it will have to be. Now that I've seen it. Ughh just empty every pocket at it again.

I have this same set up on my JT. Never drove it stock, but did go SD to HD on the springs. Ride is great. Gained 1/4" up front and a full 1.5" in the rear when I swapped springs. Backend is tall! Do some towing, shell and gear in the back plus a RTT at times.

Only issue I have run into that is my fault was putting the Metalcloak bump stops in the front. They are too long and bottomed out early. I cut off the first layer and it is a lot better. Probably cut off another 1/2" once I get a chance to measure and make sure nothing will hit with th shorter bump stop. The old ones were compressed into the center with barely any cushion. Should have just reset them and left it at that.

All and all a very nice ride even with the HD springs.

So you still have those SD springs for sale correct? If so is there any way to get them compressed and check spring rates on them? I have a plan if they won't give me the numbers. When I get the lift with HD springs. I'll just pay to have them tested.

so by gaining lift going to the HD springs I am assuming you have more than 500 pounds constant load?

how was the ride with the SD springs and being over their weight rating?

Not sure I have a way to get them tested. Will ask our mechanic friend when I swing by there over the weekend.

Not sure how much constant load I have in the truck. Will get it weighed again soon. Had to weigh it when it was delivered for registration so I can compare the numbers. But, shell, sliders, misc gear in the back, armor, etc its heavy. Here is a pic with the SD springs and our trailer. Tongue weight is over 500#s with a weight distribution hitch. It rode fine even when hitched up to the trailer. Not sure if HD springs are really necessary unless you are weighing it down.

The only time the SD springs felt a little wonky is when I put on the Rigd Ultraswing, 37 spare, and all the swing accessories. That is a lot of weight hanging way out back. Haven't put it back on since the HD springs were added. Will get it mounted back up pretty soon for a couple trips and report back how it rides.

I finally got 35’s put on about a month ago. Couldn’t be happier. Went with the 35x10 essentially, (255-85 R17) Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T. Great on road and even better off road!

Has anyone with this lift swapped out the sway bar links that come with it? The rubber boots on mine are already looking pretty bad. Turns out thats a gripe I see on here from many with the AEV lifts. I really like the synergy adjustable sway bar links, but I don't think I need the quick disconnect. I like the synergy for two reasons:
- They look well built and have good reviews
- They are among the lower price point for the quality they bring
Their website says I can't use them without the quick disconnect with the size lift I have. Sure it was supposed to be a 2.5 in lift but I think most of us got more than 3 inches out of it. I just want a good quality, easy bolt on sway bar link. After spending hours on this forum and looking at different products I am no closer to a decision. But I come to this thread because we share the diesel and AEV lifts! Anyone have any thoughts or other suggestions?

A lot of people seem to like Core4x4. That’s what I was going to go with. Synergy stuff is great too. I’ve got their track bar.

I would suggest not AEV for the links - surprisingly. There are quite a few people that had premature tearing of the rubber boots around the joints for the link ends. I have had my lift a little less than a year and my boots on the sway links are looking cracked already.

I'm really surprised as AEV is usually pretty spot on with quality. My AEV sway bar link boots are also completely cracked/worn out as well after only being on for a single winter. I think these are covered by warranty, but I don't expect the replacements to hold up and I'd rather not be changing them out again in 6 months. They need to get on the quality control with these, whatever materials they are using are not holding up under normal wear & tear.
