I ran this in the JT and the JL until the reliability upgrades were performed. I talked to Amsoil rep and he said the current oil is “Much better than euro formula”. His words.

Transmission fluid used. I got my filter and fluid off Amazon for about 1/4 price of dealer quote. Thieves.
Reused pan gasket.

I get it as it is run like a MLM similar to AMWAY but it is the real deal. They have been a family owned private company since day one. They have talked about it in the past that succumbing to being carried in large corporate retail establishments puts constraints on both pricing and content on them to the point they do not get to make the product they want to make.

I know it seems counterintuitive to leave money on the table, but they do not want to scale up beyond what they are comfortable with to avoid taking on debt that can then be leveraged against them.
I understand what you're trying to convey. But I disagree on one point... these places that would sell their product, if it's going to make them money, they aren't going to try and recreate the product.

I like the Mityvac trans filler, but man, they are proud of it! Not sure its in the budget for a fluid change. Did you do the factory proc of warming the trans. first. I need to figure out a way to put fluid back in

You can do a fluid transfer with a modified weed sprayer for the cheap.

Yes on the temp. I set screen to Off-road Pages and watched it closely.
I also bought one of those cheap pumps that goes in a qt bottle. It spit back more than went in the trans. The valve body is right up against the fill hole on the ZF. You really need a tight seal to be efficient while filling it.

With manufacturer’s moving away from dipstick tubes I figured the fluid install kit is a long term investment.

So if they sold it in Walmart, would you buy it?

You must be a leftist, looking for the semantics workaround to justify your point..... tell me why I cant get it in auto parts stores, why won't they sell it?

I’m going to take a stab at it and say it’s because Amsoil is also into vitamins ??

The local NAPA stores sell Amsoil.....they might not have the variety that I do on the shelf, but they do stock some. Now that all of The local stores have been sold to corporate......that will probably change.

I use/sell Amsoil because of the UOAs and what I have personally seen over the past 20 I have been using/selling it.

Just based on you thought processes that I have observed here on the forums......You have some "interesting" reasoning and tend to be a more contrary kind if guy......That's cool, because I do apreciate people who think for themselves even if it's different than my own thoughts/beliefs.

There may very well be better products out there but I haven't found them yet.

What else would he say?
I guess he could have told me to keep running the Euro?
I would think pics of pan and pick up tube screen speak for themselves.
