I don't understand what you want us to do? Or why you're here if you don't want to figure this out yourself. I get it, you have a warranty, but if you can't get anything resolved through warranty then take it upon yourself to try and fix it or move on. Those are your options. No one here is going to call the dealership and tell them what to do.

Sell the fucking Jeep and get off our forum already.

It's the usual.

1. I've been wronged and I want some validation from others that I'm sure have been wronged as well, so we can all have a circle jerk of commiseration.
2. Random strangers on the Internet will see how smart I am and how incompetent dealerships are and give me props; the digital "you're beautiful, you go, girl".
3. Being a semi-anonymous internet account offers the perception of protection to angrily yell at the cloud as a cathartic exercise.
4. I'm right, because I'm always right, and since I have this common bond, these people will also see that I'm right, and I'll get my ego stroked.
5. A faint hope of a glimmer of an opportunity that someone might have a backstage pass to someone at Jeep who cares, or even better, who can just give me the information and/or parts I need to fix it for free, whatever may or may not be wrong with it, and give me a loaded Durango loaner as I wait for it to be fixed. Maybe a complimentary dinner for two at a local steakhouse and a bottle of the finest whiskey for my troubles. To be taken care of once in a while. Is that too much to ask for, Bob? A LITTLE PAMPERING?!

I am qualified to point out that even the perfect Japanese vehicles have failures. I have worked in several dealerships, and even the perfect Japanese vehicles have service departments in their dealerships. Since Jeeps are so troublesome, time to buy something else that is perfect.
I had always assumed it was a courtesy thing, like a happy ending at a massage parlor. What else would they be servicing, vehicles? HA!

When I worked for a Japanese car dealership a few years back, I saw some stuff in the service department that made me glad to not own one of those particular engines. Jeep isn't the only vehicle line that has engine and electronics issues, but some people sure do think so.

I remember one of the Lexus IS engines had a big oil issue - 1qt per tank of gas in some cases, iirc. Eventually there was a recall for engine replacement and those engines came with 10yr/100k warranty.

Yeah, I don't think there's a "perfect" auto MFG. "Most reliable" can be interpreted as "sucks less."

Well I can't return me to the manufacturer. Strict no return, no exchange policy.

This is true. Everything made by mankind is going to have issues, we cannot make anything perfect, not even a mess. In over 50 years of working on cars, I have never found one that is perfect. But I will say that aside from electronics issues which tend to be universal, different brands have different problems. I have been satisfied with my Jeep and Chrysler products over the years, but have occasionally bought other brands at times. As pointed out above by @ChrisNLA, "Buy the problems you're willing to live with." I would add to that "or willing to solve."

I wondered what they called Professional Internet Trolls these days 🤣🤡🍿

In all seriousness though, if you want a solution or ideas, use forums. Want to complain, use a therapist.
All cars have issues, pick your poison or ride a bike 🤷
Maybe a Prius is more your style

Cheers 🍻

I can’t decide if you have a sarcastic sense of humor, which I appreciate but is often lost in text, or if you’re a pompous jackass. 😂

🤣🤣 awe man, don’t want to be lumped in with those guys

I work in racing, unfortunately it does tend to come with a more sarcastic and self deprecating sensor of humor.

Dude, don't tell anyone that. Everyone's gonna start asking if you know Dale Jr. Geez.

So.

Do you know Dale Earnhardt, Jr.?

You need to start a thread in the dead zone (at the bottom of the forum). I have serious questions.
